Short-Course
Practice Sites & Times: The
addition of Lincoln High this fall gives us more versatility to meet families’
needs. Be sure to check the
Calendar page for specific practice group sites when it becomes available.

- Get a
Season Highlight DVD! For a $10
donation to the club, get a 15-minute highlight video with pictures and
footage throughout the season. If you are interested, please email J.L. Vertin at jl.vertin@doane.edu.
- Returning GNST Swimmers: Please bring the completed GNST application along with the completed USA Swimming registration form. A check will also need to be included for the USA Swim Fee, GNST Fee and the first month swim fees (September). Please note that High School swimmers pay the entire season upfront along with the GNST/USA swim fees.
- New Swimmers: Please bring the completed GNST application along with a copy of the swimmer's birth certificate and the USA Swimming registration. Your check will also include the USA Swim Fee and the GNST fee. If you are a transfer from another swim club, then first month swim fees will be required. All new registrants to USA Swimming will not be required to pay for the September swim fees, but will be billed via email. Again, High School swimmers will pay for the season at the time of registration.

Our Mission:
The mission of the Greater
Nebraska Swim Team is to embrace all levels of swimmers providing each and every
athlete with the best possible environment and resources that will allow them
to set goals and progress from novice to the highest levels of competition.
Although GNST strives to develop champion swimmers, the organization measures
success not only in terms of tangible awards like swimming championships and
college scholarships, but also by personal improvement. GNST seeks to provide
an opportunity for all swimmers, regardless of age or ability, from Learn to
Swim through masters, to reach their highest personal potential as both a
person and athlete. We are committed to helping our athletes develop the
character, self-discipline, and skills to succeed not only in swimming but
also academically and in life.
