WHY JOIN GNST? · Top-notch Coaching: Head Coach Cal Bentz has over 50 years of experience in coaching swimmers at the club, high school, collegiate, and Olympic levels. Few swim clubs in Nebraska can offer the quality and depth of coaching experience GNST provides. · Family-friendly practice times: GNST offers practice times from 4-8pm daily at Nebraska Wesleyan, as well as times at Lincoln East. GNST maximizes use of the facility at Nebraska Wesleyan during the short-course (indoor) season providing swimmers an earlier start time. · Mentor Families: GNST provides mentor families to families just joining GNST. Veteran GNST families will get matched up with the new Swim Panther families to ease the transition into club swimming and to acclimate your swimmer to our club. This provides a great way to get to know your new teammates and their families. · Social Outings: At GNST we like to have FUN! We offer social events at various times during the year to allow swimmers some “fun time”. These events include the Team Picnic, Chili Feed and Luau, as well as a few holiday-themed parties. · Development of all Swimmers: GNST provides swimming instruction for all swimmers and does not focus on merely the top-end swimmers.
